Nesti has been life changing for sleep, what used to take more than 2 hours now takes less than ten minutes, to be honest I can’t even remember how fast it takes me to fall asleep anymore because I am asleep before I even get to think about it. Incredible idea, one of the first I have come across that has ever actually made a difference. Hasn’t failed once and its been five weeks.

My daughter struggles to regulate... we can be tipped over the edge in a flash and its heartbreaking to see how difficult it is to regulate those emotions. The nesti has been the answer! She has been going ro bed with it on and has slept all night since receiving it, infact I wont be going anywhere without it... even on holiday. I actually think she needs one for school as mornings are overwhelming. She seeks deep pressure and this compression is helping soothe that want.

My 11 year old son has ADHD and is autistic with PDA, he hasn't ever gone to sleep without either myself or his Dad hugging him tight first. We have tried various ways to help him settle over the years but nothing has worked. I didn't think the Nesti would work, IT WORKS!! first night he wasn't so sure about it and took it off then second night he fell asleep 5 minutes after going to bed in it, It's still working. I am amazed at how it does help him and and hope it continues. Thank you!

The kids love their nesti!! Im really impressed with the service and had quick responses to my emails. Kids slept so well thr first few nights and have been wearing them around the house every chance they get. The sleep masks are good but I think it’d be better if they were more adjustable in size. Since the Nesti arrived we’ve used them everyday my son has ASD and has difficulty regulating especially at bedtime he also suffers with night terrors and so far he’s slept every night and we haven’t had a single terror which is currently the biggest gap since he was a baby.
